The Streets Are Cold, But the Hearts Are Warm

That's not the Easter Bunny. It's VietNow member Ed Sulita with some of the 2,605 Easter eggs given out.

The bright faces of Jill Sulita (Ed's daughter) and Virginia Proffitt, passing out hot coffee on the cold streets of Chicago.

A litle warmth on a cold Chicago night.

Marge Sulita (Ed's mother) and Virginia Proffitt, along with two homeless men on Chicago's Maxwell Street.

The VietNow food truck is a welcome sight for these guys.

Loading up the truck for another food run.

Bill Richey, Jimmy Proffitt, Mike Greco, Bob Dybala, and Jim Proffitt gather around the back of the truck, preparing for another mission.

The VietNow Homeless Committee put lots of work into organizing the back of the truck.

Greg Ainsworth busy at work preparing some of the hundreds of sandwiches for the next run.
